FAQ

1) How does the ordering process work?

All watches on our website are hand-built to order. Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Your respective parts will then be quality checked to ensure they meet our standards, after which your watch will enter the building phase. Upon completion of your custom watch, you will be notified by e-mail and your watch will be shipped to your address. 

 

2) I just placed an order, when will my watch ship?

Our current lead times are estimated to be at - 2 weeks from the date of order to completion of your build. This is to ensure your watch gets the adequate care and attention it deserves. The lead times provided are only an estimate, and your watch may be completed slightly later, or even earlier!

     

3) How long does delivery take?

Deliveries typically arrive within 4 - 6 days barring any unforeseen circumstances, and excluding holidays.

 

4) Can I make a few custom tweaks to my watch design?

Absolutely! If you have a design in mind or would like to swap out a few pieces in your watch, we are more than happy to accommodate. Just head to our Custom Orders Page and fill in the form with the relevant information. Shortly thereafter, we will be in touch to begin the journey of crafting your one-of-a-kind timepiece!

 

 5) I've changed my mind about my watch. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, due to the custom built to order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns and refunds for "Change of mind". 

Returns and refunds may only be offered if you receive a defective or damaged watch which is covered by our 1-year limited warranty.

 

6) I have a question that wasn't answered, can you help?

We strive to reply as fast as possible, though this may sometimes be difficult due to a large number of enquiries. To ensure you receive a prompt resolution to your enquiry, please attach your order number and provide a detailed description regarding your issue. 

 

7) Refund Policy & Warranty

We strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our watches. Please note that refunds are not available for orders once placed.

However, every watch purchased comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty, ensuring your peace of mind. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes:

  • Scratches or general wear and tear.
  • Damages caused by opening the watch case.
  • Water damage.
